Even if a blog entry title is something that peaks my interest I will most likely skip it if it looks too lengthy! I almost skipped over "Thinking about Linking" due to it's length... sad, I know. With so many great blogs out there and great links one is left with the sense that there is just no time to stop and think too long. You just have to keep going and going so you don't miss anything, but in the end you end up digesting very little.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11514345.post-1113931875294167832005-04-19T13:31:00.000-04:002005-04-19T13:31:00.000-04:00Something that helps and also builds a sense of co...Something that helps and also builds a sense of community is a reciprocal link. If somebody links to you and you are OK with their site (i.e., you don't find them heretical or a member of the lunatic fringe), you link to them.

One way to do it (you may already know, but just in case) is to check Technorati from time to time. Go to http://www.technorati.com/ and type in your URL. It will show you everyone who has linked to you and when. It's a good way to keep up and to say thanks to those who do link.

Now, having said that, I'll go add your site to my own since I read you every day!

BTW, great quote on your masthead. I mentioned it in a recent post and linked to you. Obviously, they can't. It's like trying to drink from a fire hydrant. But I find myself not reading everything as well as I should, and misunderstanding posters as a result.Mike - hotfudgesunday.blogspot.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13360797167934812046noreply@blogger.com
